I submitted my application to the WU’s CEMS program yesterday, then slept a few hours, and woke up at 5 am. Completed a full body strength training – one part was to make up for yesterday, the other today’s legit workout. Went to work, where I barely had a moment to breathe. Commuted home, and did a HIIT workout with an hour of elliptical. HIIT is tomorrow’s workout as I have other plans for the evening, and the steady-state cardio should have been done this morning, but luckily, I felt enough energy to do strength, which should be prioritized – in my opinion – whenever possible.
I haven’t slept, or eaten too much in the last few days. I don’t even have the time or interest to notice hunger. I am very tired and sleepy and will try to adjust something in my schedule as I would not be able to keep up with all of my current plans in the long run.
I feel proud and good about myself though, and ideas keep coming to me ^^
